ABC News, Yahoo! News, and WMUR-TV, ABC's Hearst-owned affiliate in Manchester, N.H., are joining forces to host a Republican presidential candidate debate in New Hampshire on Saturday, January 7, 2012. The debate occurs a critical moment in the Republican nomination process -- just four days after the Iowa caucuses and three days before the Granite State's first in the nation primary. It will be the only broadcast network debate in primetime before the primary airing from 9:00-11:00pm/ET (6:00-8:00pm/PT) from Saint Anselm College. The debate will air live nationally on the ABC Television Network and locally on WMUR-TV and will be moderated by ABC's Diane Sawyer and George Stephanopoulos; they will be joined by WMUR-TV anchor Josh McElveen.

Credentials: Journalists interested in obtaining a press credential for the press filing center should fill out the request form here. If you are interested in reserving space for a stand up location and/or parking for a satellite truck, please be sure to note that on the request form. For additional questions or issues about credentialing see contact info below. Media will be required to present photo identification and a company ID upon check-in at the press filing center.

* Please note the credential will NOT grant access to the debate hall.

Wifi Service: ABC News will provide free wireless internet access in the press filing center and the Spin Room.

Radio Reporters/Hard Phone Line: If you are a radio reporter who needs a hard phone line, please indicate that on the request form - requests for hard lines must be received by Tuesday, December 27. News outlets will be responsible for the cost of the hard line. There will be audio mult boxes provided on a first come first served basis.

Press Filing Center: The press filing center will be located in the Carr Center on Saint Anselm's campus and will be open to journalists beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 7. There will be monitors in the filing center for debate viewing.

Still Photography Inside the Debate Hall: ABC News will provide complete photo coverage of the debate. If you would like to be added to the photo distribution list please note that on the request form.

There will be an opportunity for a tight pool of photographers, chosen by ABC News and the debate sponsors, to photograph the candidates at some point in the program. Due to very limited space inside the debate hall, there will be limited access for photographers to the hall during the debate. Photographers interested in obtaining a press credential must fill out the request form here indicating they are requesting inclusion in the photo pool.

NOTE: A press credential request does NOT guarantee a place in the photo pool. Details regarding members of the photo pool and relevant logistics will be announced in advance and on site in Manchester, N.H.
