Saint Anselm students interested in a summer internship but concerned about the cost of an unpaid opportunity may apply for a new scholarship, the Kevin J. Gould Career Advantage Scholarship. Applicants must electronically submit a current resume, a personal essay, and the application to Center for Experiential Learning (CEL) at CEL@anselm.edu by the extended deadline: Monday, April 1 at noon.

A single award is up to $3,000 to up to ten Saint Anselm students who have been accepted into and will participate in an approved unpaid full-time (35+ hours/week) internship. The scholarship is through a generous gift from Kevin J. Gould, the class of 1976, retired from Tyco Healthcare. He is a member of the college's board of trustees as well as chair of the college advancement committee.

Important: You do not need to have secured your internship by the deadline, but you should be working toward solidifying an opportunity. Finalists will be contacted no later than April 22, 2013. Top organizations with competitive internship programs are desirable for this scholarship program.
