Dr. Douglas Johnston, president and founder of the International Center for Religion and Diplomacy and led the seven-year study that produced the book, Religion, The Missing Dimension of Statecraft, now in its 13th printing.

Campbell (Ph.D., Harvard University, 2002) is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame, as well as a research fellow with the Institute for Educational Initiatives. His recent book, Why We Vote: How Schools and Communities Shape Our Civic Life, demonstrates how communities foster civic norms, and how civic norms adopted in adolescence can lead to a lifetime of civic engagement. He is also the editor of A Matter of Faith: Religion in the 2004 Presidential Election.
