House Policies

The Dana Center’s staff makes every effort to be friendly and prompt in serving the public. Please feel free to call (603) 641-7710 with any questions about house policies, performances, or tickets.

Tickets Required

We ask that all those attending a performance hold a ticket including small children. You may purchase tickets online, by e-mail, phone, fax, in person, or by mail. Visit our terms of sale page for more details.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, you will be seated as soon as possible at the direction of the management.

Recording Equipment

Cameras, video cameras, recording devices, cell phones, and pagers are not permitted in the theater.

Food and Beverages

Food and/or drinks are not allowed in the theater.

Smoking

The Dana Center asks that you please refrain from smoking as it maintains a non-smoking policy.

Lost and Found

If you lose articles while attending a performance, you are invited to make all inquiries and claims with the Dana Center Administrative Office during regular business hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at (603) 641-7710. However, the Dana Center is not responsible for the loss of personal property.
