Student Study Rooms

Study rooms can be reserved by Saint Anselm College students only, for a total of 2 hours a day. You are required to present your student ID card at the Circulation Desk when checking in, where it will be held in exchange for the study room key. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, the reservation will be cancelled. Make sure you and your group are out of the room when your reservation ends.

If the group study rooms are all reserved, students can now work collaboratively on the lower level of the library. Normal volume level conversations will be allowed on this floor. Any conversations exceeding normal volume levels will be asked to lower their voices.

Patrons in group study spaces must adhere to the library’s food policy.


We have 4 study rooms with different amenities:

Room 1: Upper Level group study room with tables, six chairs, and white board. Room holds a maximum of six people. (Ask for white board markers at the circulation desk)
Room 2: Upper Level group study room with tables, six chairs, and white board. Room holds a maximum of six people. (Ask for white board markers at the circulation desk)
Room 3: Upper Level group study room with tables, six chairs, white board, flat screen monitor, and a region-free Blu-ray/DVD player. Room holds a maximum of six people. (Ask for white board markers at the circulation desk)
Room 4: Upper Level group study room with table, six chairs, white board, and projector with laptop hook-up. Room holds a maximum of six people. (Ask for white board markers at the circulation desk)

Faculty Study Room

A faculty study room, Creaghe Room, is located on the Upper Level adjacent to the College Librarian's office. Current faculty members can swipe their ID cards at the door to gain access to this room. This room includes sofas and comfortable chairs as well as more traditional folio desks and chairs.
