Saint Anselm College Policy on Nondiscrimination
Saint Anselm College fully subscribes to and complies with all federal and state civil rights laws banning discrimination in private institutions of higher education. These include but are not limited to Title IX and Title VI of the Education Amendments of 1972, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Fair Housing Act, and New Hampshire State law RSA 354-A. Saint Anselm College is committed not only to compliance with these laws but also to promoting a community that lives out the values these equal opportunity laws envision.
