College Communications and Marketing's Web Services team translates Saint Anselm's presence into digital-friendly, accessible content while maintaining our commitment to multimedia storytelling. We are responsible for managing Saint Anselm College's official web presence (anselm.edu) which is comprised of pages and sites representing the College's schools, centers, institutes, departments, offices, and other units, as well as those of individual Saint Anselm College faculty and staff. The primary web domain is built on Drupal CMS and is maintained along with our development and hosting partners to comply with the latest WCAG and ADA standards.
In addition to overseeing the anselm.edu environment, we work with campus partners on web strategy and design, content refreshes, new feature development, accessibility, and measure digital effectiveness through data-driven analytics. Our Ticket System
CCM Web Services uses Asana as a ticketing system for all web requests. When you submit your request, you will receive notifications from Asana on the status of your ticket from start to finish. Make sure to check your junk folder or email us if you do not receive notifications.
