People of Hope Museum

The College is hosting the Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) People of Hope Museum. This mobile storytelling exhibit includes faith-filled stories of neighbors helping neighbors. Housed in a retrofitted tractor-trailer, the mobile museum features professional, first-person stories from staff and volunteers highlighting the impact of Catholic Charities’ service across the U.S. It is an immersive multimedia experience which shares powerful stories of faith, service, and human connection.
Exhibit Features include:
- Immersive Storytelling: Features professionally recorded, first-person accounts from Catholic Charities staff and volunteers about their encounters with individuals in need.
- Interactive Element: Visitors are invited to share and record their own personal stories of service, hope, or transformation inside the exhibit.
- Mission-Driven: The project aims to bridge the gap between people's desire to help and active volunteering by showcasing the transformative power of compassion.
- National Reach: The tour is scheduled to last approximately two-and-a-half years, visiting various communities nationwide.
