Reinhold\/, \/A Time \nfor Embracing: Reclaiming Reconciliation\/, and \/A Church for the Next \nGeneration: Sacraments in Transition\/.\n\nWe invite you to join us in the church for a morning presentation and \nreflection as Sr. Julia speaks to our community on \/Giving Glory to God by \nOur Lives\/. Her presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and a brief \nintroduction to the Benedictine Formation group. Afterward, all attendees are \ninvited to the parish rectory for a light lunch.\n\n*About the Speaker*\n\nSr. Julia Upton, RSM, is a member of the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of \nthe Americas and an Oblate of Mount Saviour Monastery in Elmira, New York. \nShe holds a doctorate in Theology from Fordham University. Prior to her \nretirement, she was a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Theology \nand Religious Studies at St. John's University (NY), where she taught for 40 \nyears. For 20 of those years, she also served as a university administrator, \nnotably as the University Provost from 2000 to 2012.\u00a0\n\nAn accomplished author of several books, Sr. Julia is currently researching \nthe contributions of \"Catholic Worker Artist\" Ad\u00e9 Bethune to the liturgical \nlife of the Church. Her upcoming project is provisionally titled \/The Work \nand Works of Mercy: Learning from Ad\u00e9 Bethune\/.\n\u00a0\n\n....
