Saint Anselm College is pleased to announce that Elizabeth R. Landers, Ed.D., MSN, RN has been appointed as the next dean of the Jean School of Nursing and Health Sciences.

“We are excited to welcome Liz to the Anselmian community and look forward to the leadership, experience, and vision she will bring to Saint Anselm,” said Sheila Liotta, vice president for academic affairs.

Landers currently serves as associate dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Endicott College, where she has distinguished herself as a thoughtful academic leader, dedicated educator, and strong advocate for student success and innovation in health sciences education.

Prior to her time at Endicott, Landers served as a program director at the Regis College School of Nursing, where she oversaw undergraduate nursing, second degree nursing, a direct entry master’s in nursing program, and a part-time undergraduate nursing program.

She has worked as a progressive/critical care nurse in a number of hospitals and conducted research on developing sound clinical judgement in nursing students. Landers will begin on July 6, 2026.
