New Hampshire Voter Registration Laws:

Voting as a New Hampshire College Student:

  • New Hampshire college students can legally choose to vote in their college's state and in the town/district where their residence hall is located.
  • If you choose to vote using Saint Anselm as your voter domicile, you will be voting in Goffstown, NH in district 5. 
    • From this webpage, under Information & Documents, click for General & State Election Information & Documents, select State of NH Polling Place Search page. Students may enter Goffstown, Saint Anselm's Drive and the selection for the 100 address number range. The Bartlett Elementary School voting location will appear with detailed information.
  • A person must meet the following to register and vote in New Hampshire:
    • 18 years of age or older on election day;
    • A United States citizen; and
      • Domiciled*  in the town or ward where the person seeks to vote.
