Physical Plant is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the College's residential, instructional, administrative, and athletic facilities.
The office of the Associate Vice President for Facilities is responsible for all of Saint Anselm College's physical plant activities including oversight of the College's buildings, mechanical systems, campus utility infrastructure, as well as campus roadways and grounds. In addition, this office oversees capital planning, project management, the vehicle fleet, the campus mail center and the College's real estate holdings.
