Three students were recently inducted into Sigma Pi Sigma, the National Honor Society for physics.
Membership in Sigma Pi Sigma is by invitation. Students must hold a GPA that places them in the top one-third of their class and have completed at least three semester courses in physics.
Sigma Pi Sigma was founded in 1921 at Davidson College, NC, as a member of the Association of College Honor Societies. Today the society has approximately 90,000 historical members.
