Annual Pediatric Symposium

Join us for an engaging Pediatric Symposium designed to enhance nurses' expertise in addressing critical pediatric health challenges. This comprehensive program covers vital topics such as childhood lead exposure and prevention strategies, managing pediatric food allergies, leveraging informatics to improve patient outcomes in pediatric care, and understanding and treating childhood sleep disorders. Participants will gain practical insights and evidence-based approaches to improve the health and well-being of children in their care.
 

Target Audience:

  • This symposium is designed for pediatric nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals specializing in pediatrics or interested in expanding their knowledge and skills in pediatric care. It is particularly suited for those working in hospital settings, primary care, school health, or community health programs, as well as educators and leaders seeking to stay informed about current trends and best practices in pediatric health.
     

Learning Outcome:

  • At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to integrate evidence-based strategies and innovative tools into pediatric nursing practice to effectively manage childhood health concerns, improve patient outcomes, and promote overall pediatric wellness.

This blessing will be conferred by The Most Reverend Peter Anthony Libasci, D.D. Bishop of Manchester

Tapped Into Dance

Sunday, November 17th at 4pm

Join us for an afternoon of dance featuring Impavido, Speaking in Taps, NSquared Dance company and Saving Grace dance Ensemble, dancing tap, contemporary, modern and so much more. We will also feature special guests including the dance majors from Saint Anselm college.

IMPAVIDO

Impavido was born and raised in Boston, MA. Trained in various styles, Impavido has used her talents to fuse those styles into her very own. She developed a love for teaching as well as performing, which carried her to where she is today, traveling and teaching in studios and conventions all over the world. At just 18 years old, Impavido finished top 5 on the hit TV show So You Think You Can Dance and found herself touring with season 14 dancers performing across the country. Impavido has most recently danced for Iconic artists such as Halsey, Janet Jackson, and MC Hammer. Now 24 and based out of Boston MA, she continues to create pieces recognized as master works throughout the country. For Impavido, there’s no limit.

SPEAKING IN TAPS

Speaking in Taps is a pre-professional tap company that serves as a training ground to young dancers seeking something other than dance competition and recitals. It’s a supplement to each members studio training helping each person find their path in dance. Under the direction of Aaron Tolson, S.I.T. Has been helping young dancers grow for almost a decade. Each year the company grows, changes, performs on new stages all while having a great time.

NSQUARED DANCE 

NSquared Dance is a professional dance company founded in 2014 by Artistic Directors Nick Neagle & Zackery Betty. NSquared Dance seeks to positively impact lives through dance by providing high quality performances to the public. Originated out of New York City, NSquared is now Manchester, New Hampshire's premiere contemporary dance company. Our goal is to build a company on the foundation of versatility. Not only do we aspire to house dancers who have the facility to execute various genres, but to create a repertoire that can engage an audience while covering many contrasting styles. We believe that dance is an avenue for self-expression and a conduit of communication between the passionate artist and the receptive spectator.
