A standard format has been developed for College stationery. To order letterhead, envelopes, or business cards, please fill out the Stationary Request Form.
The Saint Anselm College name and logos are some of our most important and widely-used assets. All members of the College community have a responsibility to protect and promote our brand in a manner consistent with our reputation of academic and civic excellence.
Any individual, company, manufacturer, or vendor wishing to produce and provide products bearing the College’s name and/or logos must first obtain a license to do so. Members of the college community (faculty, staff, students, and alumni), as well as retail and e-commerce locations, must obtain college-branded products from licensed and approved suppliers, or licensees. Exemplar Associates serves as the College’s exclusive trademark licensing agent. All promotional items using the Saint Anselm name must be approved by College Communications and Marketing. We are happy to assist you in locating the appropriate vendor for your order and in facilitating the approval through Exemplar.
Exemplar Associates, a specialized brand stewardship and licensing firm based in Rhode Island, has been appointed as the college’s exclusive trademark licensing agent. Exemplar facilitates the vendor licensing process, executes license agreements, markets the college’s licensed products to potential retailers, monitors the marketplace for unlicensed and infringing products, collects royalties, and much more.
