Located in Gadbois Hall, the Bloomberg Finance Lab at Saint Anselm gives students a competitive advantage in the classroom and on the job. The state-of-the-art computer terminals expose students to a simulated stockbroker’s trading floor.
The terminals provide up-to-the-minute information on world financial markets, analytics, news, and trading capabilities so students access real-time market data and experience with software used by finance professionals globally.
The Bloomberg Lab is equipped with 12 terminals. Faculty teach finance courses in the space and incorporate the terminal’s tools into their lessons. The lab goes beyond the textbook by immersing students into the experience of trading. It also helps build realistic skills that support students’ resumés during their postgraduate job search. When classes aren’t in session, the Bloomberg Lab is available for student use.
