Executives on Campus

The Center’s Advisory Board contains a number of distinguished corporate and community leaders, who graciously volunteer their time to come and speak with Saint Anselm College Students. Board members are paired with classes that cover topics in the board members’ field of expertise. Such topics include writing and journalism, criminal justice, human resource management, sports marketing, and more.

The purpose of the Executives on Campus series is to promote experiential learning opportunities for Saint Anselm College students. Through conversation with community leaders, students gain a more accurate and vivid understanding of how their studies are applied in the professional sphere.

Faculty Feedback

“It was a rousing success… guests that bring the textbook and lectures to life in real time can truly enhance the educational process.”
-    Jay Sterin, Economics and Business

“It was a stimulating and friendly presentation that provided my mostly senior students with ideas for next steps after graduation!”
-    John Baker, English

“Overall, I thought the visit went great. The students agreed. They got to hear from someone working directly in a field that many of them are interested in. They also learned more about what it takes to get their foot in the door.”
-    Prof. Paul Marmora, Economics and Business
