President's Council for Stategic Initiatives
The President’s Council’s primary focus is to monitor Year 4 of Vision 2025 and develop Vision 2030 into a five-year strategic plan.
- Monitor the implementation of Year 4 of Vision 2025: A Plan for Saint Anselm College and adjust the plan as needed
- Each quarter, develop and review the college dashboard of key indicators
- Serve in various leadership roles to develop Vision 2030 into a strategic plan
- Consider emerging trends in higher education landscape and how they may impact the College
- Bring attention to issues, concerns, or questions from the wider college community.
- Advise the President on regular professional development opportunities for faculty and staff in a variety of areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion; innovation and technology; effective management and supervision; and mentoring and collaboration
