Health Sciences

Our Health Science major gives students a preparatory advantage as they take post-graduate steps towards a career in healthcare.

Tracks include: pharmacy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, athletic training, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner.
Further training gives Health Science Majors experience interpreting research studies and hands-on clinicals

Community and Public Health Major

Students majoring in public health will critically examine disease prevention and systemic health challenges through the lens of civic responsibility. The interdisciplinary program provides an experience rich in science, public policy, civics, and ethics.

Major requirements include courses in biology, psychology, sociology, and statistics
Community and Public Health Majors will have a practical internship experience senior year to launch them into the career of their choice
