The Office of the Registrar maintains the permanent academic records of all Saint Anselm students. Among other services, the office is responsible for course registration, classroom scheduling, evaluation of transfer credits, degree audits, enrollment verification, and issuing transcripts, course schedules, and diplomas.

Our office is located on the first floor of Alumni Hall, in the north wing, across the hall from the Office of the Dean of Students.

We welcome your visits and calls to our office. We may be reached by telephone at (603) 641-7400 or by e-mail at registrar@anselm.edu.

Additional information about the Office of the Registrar and the services we provide is available in the College Catalogue and Student Handbook.

For details about the new curriculum, please visit the Guide to the Core Curriculum page. It is the student's responsibility to be familiar with the academic regulations of the college, as set forth in the Saint Anselm College Catalogue.

Academic Records

Academic transcripts intended for third parties (e.g. another college, as support for future employment, applications for financial assistance, etc.) are considered as official copies and normally are sent directly by the Registrar to the intended third party upon receipt of the student's written request, and payment of the transcript request fee.

Under federal law, students have a right to review their academic records maintained in the Office of the Registrar. Students wishing to exercise this right must submit a written request, asking the registrar to designate an appointed time for the review. The written request for review becomes a permanent part of the student's record.

  • Change Contact Information

Students should notify the Office of the Registrar of any change in name, address, telephone number, or other similar information. All changes reported to the registrar will be forwarded to other appropriate college offices and officials.

  • Enrollment Verification

The Office of the Registrar provides verification of enrollment upon request to other entities including insurance companies, lenders, and employers. Requests may be made by telephone or in writing.

For more information, contact the Office of the Registrar.

  • Grade Reports

With the introduction of the campus Web portal, students are able to access their grades online. Access is available from home or from campus. The registrar's office is no longer mailing official grade reports. Students are encouraged to access the campus Web portal for information on what is accessible online.
