  • Grill (open until 4 p.m.)

    The grill offers a variety of made-to-order items from breakfast through lunch. The menu includes, but is not limited to, eggs, omelets, pancakes, burgers, hot subs and patty melts!

  • Salad Bar

    This station offers an array of fresh fruit, yogurt, and homemade granola. At 11:30 a.m., fresh greens, a variety of vegetables, and delicious composed salads are added.

  • Deli (open 11 a.m. - close)

    Assorted deli meats, tuna salad, chicken salad, and vegetarian sandwiches are among the many other options offered at this station. Add our delicious dressings and spreads, assorted cheeses, and a variety of vegetable toppings to your sandwich. We also offer the option to have your sandwich oven-heated!

  • Soup Station

    Two homemade soups are offered daily during the week and one on the weekends. Homemade clam chowder is one of our consistent Friday choices, as requested by our students!

  • Action Station

    The most popular station in our servery, where chefs are able to prepare special dishes right in front of the student. The action station features options like paninis, Caesar salad with chicken or teriyaki steak, burritos, and made-to-order sautéed pasta dishes and Asian noodle bowls.

  • Fresh Bread & Rolls Bar

    A wide variety of breads and crusty rolls are baked daily in our own Davison Hall bakery and offered from breakfast through to the dinner period.

  • Desserts, Pastries, Muffins & Scones

    Desserts, pastries, muffins, and scones are among the many sweet options offered throughout the day. From layer cakes and apple pie to cream puffs and crème Brule, our extensive bake shop selections satisfy every sweet tooth.

  • Hershey's Ice Cream

    End your meal with a self-serve milkshake made from real Hershey's ice cream, a pint of a specialty Hershey's flavor like Cake Batter, or a novelty treat.

  • Grab & Go 

    Freshly cut fruit and vegetables are prepared in our salad room and packaged for grab 'n' go convenience. Apples with peanut butter or caramel, strawberries, and grapes are available, along with a variety of puddings and yogurt parfaits.

  • ​​​​​​​Bulk Candy & Snacks

    Bulk candy options are available, including Jelly Belly beans, Swedish Fish, chocolate or yogurt covered pretzels, and a variety of different trail mixes!

  • Beverages

    Hot and cold beverages are available throughout the day. Davison offers coffee, tea, soda and juice stations; as well as assorted bottled juices; a variety of milk options; bottled waters; Naked juice products; and a cappuccino, espresso, and hot chocolate machine.

  • Gingerbread House Competition

    Registration begins on Friday, November 17. Registration forms will be available in the Davison Office.

    Rules:

    • Teams must be made up of 4 Saint Anselm College students.
    • All Teams must have a name.
    • All 4 team members must be present for check-in and entry to the dining hall on contest night.
    • Contest begins at 8 p.m. All team members must arrive no later than 7:45 p.m., or the team's slot will be offered to a waitlisted team.
    • We provide the gingerbread pieces, candy, and tools.
    • You can build anything: it does not have to be a house.
    • All entries must be in good taste and not offensive in any way to qualify.
    • You may bring in design plans.
    • You may NOT bring additional candy or non-edible props.

    The Saint Anselm community will be invited to judge your creations, and the top 3 teams will receive cash prizes!

    • 1st Place: $400
    • 2nd Place: $200
    • 3rd Place: $100

    Winners will be announced on December 8.

  • The Christmas Feast

    As always, this feast is FREE for all student resident, flex, and optional meal plan participants! For all others who wish to partake in the festivities, there will be a charge of $17.95 at the register.

    Students (on a meal plan)

    • Bring your ID and pick up your free ticket from the Davison Hall office starting on December 1, 2017. Please try to pick up tickets before 2 p.m. on December 7.
    • Davison Hall will close at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the feast to prepare - please plan accordingly! The office will remain open until 8 p.m. to distribute tickets.
