Hear our employer partners, alumni, career center staff, and fellow students talk about careers in the technology sector. Known for innovation and growth, working in the tech space can be exciting, rewarding, and lucrative. Job growth continues to skyrocket in roles involving programming and data analytics. But what about positions that don’t require coding? How can students from other disciplines in the liberal arts or business tap into this field? We’ll hear from our panelists about the various types of roles managers hire for within a tech organization. And we’ll learn how transferable skills gained from a liberal arts education such as critical thinking and communications are sought after in these environments.
