Last month, Dr. Steven R. DiSalvo, president of Saint Anselm College, announced the appointment of Eric M. Norman as the next chief financial officer and vice president for finance who will help chart a continued successful financial path forward for the college.

Norman, who was selected following a national search, arrives this week at Saint Anselm from Curry College in Milton, Mass., where he also served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He will report directly to President DiSalvo and will sit as a member of the President's Cabinet.

"I am incredibly excited about being a member of the Saint Anselm community and hope to make meaningful contributions to the college," he says.

Norman comes to Saint Anselm with almost three decades of experience in the field, including nearly 10 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, in Hartford, Conn., as a Business Assurance (Audit) Manager. He has also held leadership positions as chief financial officer at various institutions, including The Taft School, University of New Hampshire School of Law, and The Boston Conservatory at Berklee College of Music. He has been a lead participant in two different merger transactions involving higher educational institutions, advocating for the benefits and efficiencies gained from effective business combinations.

He holds a B.S. from University of Southern Connecticut and an M.B.A. from University of Connecticut, and lives in Exeter, N.H. with his wife and three sons.
