2019 Westfield State University, BA is Psychology and a Minor in Coaching.
2022 Merrimack College, Graduate Student in M.Ed School Counseling.
- Student athlete for indoor and outdoor track and field at Westfield State University for all four years.
- Two year captain my junior and senior year.
- Ran everything between the 60m-500m including the 60mH, 100mH, and the 400mH. My main events however were the 400m and the 400mH.
- Received the MASCAC Sportsmanship Award in 2018 and 2019.
- Was on the MASCAC All-Conference Student Achievement for all four years.
- Also a part of the All-American Academic Team and Individual in 2018 and 2019.
- Over the course of my 4 years, I am an 18x MASCAC Event Champion.
- I am a seven time MASCAC Conference Team Champion.
- In 2018 I qualified for the Outdoor NCAA Championship in the 400mH and came in 21st after hitting my third hurdle in the race causing me to fall. (I got right up and finished the race!)
- In 2019, I qualified for the Indoor NCAA Championship in the 400m. I came in 7th place naming me an All-American.
- I also qualified for the Outdoor NCAA Championship for the 400mH and came in 4th place naming me a 2x All-American.
- Coached at Mount Holyoke College for the 2019-2020 season. Coached sprints and hurdles. Also help put together their lift and relay teams.
- Coached at Merrimack College as a GA in 2021. Created workouts for the hurdlers and also assisted with the sprints/jumps crew. Led multiple athletes to breaking school records, conference wins/top 3s, and coaching the All New England Indoor Champ in the Mens 400m in 2023.
