Dr. Courtney Coffey serves as the Program Director for Graduate Nursing Programs at the Jean School of Nursing and Health Sciences, Saint Anselm College. She brings her enthusiasm and expertise to the launch of the School’s inaugural Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Innovation Program and Certificate.
Dr. Courtney Coffey is a passionate nursing educator, Certified Nurse-Midwife, and Doctor of Nursing Practice with a robust clinical and academic background in obstetrics, gynecology, and newborn health. With extensive experience teaching across undergraduate, MSN, and DNP programs, Dr. Coffey is known for her engaging teaching style and commitment to fostering evidence-based, high-quality education. Her expertise spans online education, curriculum design aligned with AACN accreditation standards, and leadership in course coordination and faculty collaboration.
Dr. Coffey’s scholarly work includes a published study on simulation best practices for vulnerable populations. She has presented nationally on innovative strategies to reduce medication errors in simulation-based learning.
Actively practicing as a Certified Nurse-Midwife, Dr. Coffey brings real-world clinical insight into her teaching and leadership. Her dedication to quality improvement and transformative care delivery is at the heart of her vision for graduate nursing education—empowering nurses to lead with innovation and impact across diverse healthcare settings.
